The body of a 16-year-old girl named Nengi Enenimiete was found inside the wardrobe of a hotel in Twon Brass, the headquarters of Brass Local Government Area, Bayelsa State.

According to reports, the manager of the hotel discovered the decaying body on Monday evening, November 21, 2022.

However, there were no signs of physical injuries, dismemberment, or strangulation on the corpse.

It was also learned that the deceased’s friend introduced her to an unidentified male guest on Saturday.

The yet-to-be-discovered male guest, on the other hand, checked out on Sunday, November 20.

Asinim Butswat, a spokesperson for the State Police Command, confirmed the discovery and stated that an investigation is still ongoing to determine who the suspects were, and who stayed in the hotel room on the night of the incident.

The PPRO said, “On 21st November 2022, the manager of a hotel in Twon Brass reported at the Divisional Police Headquarters, Brass, said that he perceived an offensive odour from one of the rooms in the hotel. Upon a search, he discovered a lifeless female corpse hidden inside a wardrobe.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
