A 19-year-old boy has broken the internet after proposing to his lover, who is old enough to be his grandmother
Giuseppe D’Anna, 19, has gone viral after releasing a video on TikTok showcasing his proposal to his 76-year-old fiancée.
Several TikTok users have chastised the pair’s age gap since he posted the video on Tuesday, May 24.
The video, which has received over 138,500 views, is titled “La nostra promessa.” This translates to “our promise” in English.
The young man can be seen kneeling in front of his lover with his right knee in the video. He could be seen passionately kissing his elderly lover while carrying more than a dozen large balloons in the shape of a heart.
Despite some comments from critics, he wrote, “And this is only the beginning of a long series.”
Many have wondered why Giuseppe was with the older woman after seeing the post.
Some believed that she is wealthy and that he is only interested in the money.
