24-Year-Old Teacher Accused Of Sending Nudes To Boys

A 24-year-old teacher’s husband divorced her only 58 days after their wedding following allegations that she sexually molested a young man.

Cassidy Kraus resigned from IKM-Manning Schools on August 25. Her new husband filed for divorce three days later.

The 24-year-old is accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old youngster and of sending nude Snapchat photographs to boys as young as 13.

Her acts were revealed after a parent noticed the obscene notes and reported them to the school. Kraus’ behaviour was investigated by the school board.

Kraus was arrested and charged with two charges of lascivious conduct with a child, three counts of obscene material dissemination to a juvenile, and third-degree sexual abuse. If proven guilty, she faces up to 33 years in prison.

The ex-reading instructor allegedly “fondled or touched” the gentiles of several children, with one accusation alleging she engaged in sex acts with a 14-year-old child.

Kraus was freed from county jail the next morning after posting £8,202 bond.

Her first court appearance was on Thursday, November 2. She has not yet entered a plea.

In addition to facing up to 33 years in prison, she might pay significant fines for her offences. In Iowa, sexual abuse in the third degree can result in fines ranging from £1,124 to £11,203.

The punishment for doing lewd activities with a youngster is the same. The distribution of obscene materials is punishable by up to a year in prison and a fine of up to £2,100.
