Let’s start with the basics. Mind programming is also known as subconscious mind programming. Now what is the subconscious mind? The subconscious mind is the part of our minds that makes decisions without us needing to actively think about them. The subconscious mind heavily impacts our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
It processes information and affects everything we think, say and do. The subconscious mind is constantly learning from our conscious mind which means it can determine our memories and monitor the information all around us, deciding what to send to the conscious mind and what to store for later.
How Do You Take Control? I will give three simple techniques you can apply to your everyday life;
Positive affirmations Sometimes, your subconscious mind feeds you negative thoughts or somehow makes you find everything around you irritable. This is a good time to reprogram your mind. Deliberately, you counter the negative thoughts with positive words or phrases. This is where affirmation comes in. It’s time to start counteracting that subconscious negativity with conscious positivity. Choose a positive mantra (e.g. I deserve peace and love) you can begin using throughout your day and keep saying it out loud to yourself.
Visualization When you repeat those positive affirmations, take a moment to visualize the meaning of the phrases you say to yourself. Show yourself where you want to see yourself as you manifest these statements. By using frequent positive, detailed visualizations of the realities you desire, you can train your subconscious mind to believe that positive outcomes are possible which allows it to let go of past beliefs it has built.
Meditation Now, that you have created a line of vision for yourself, meditate to help you calm your conscious mind and better focus on the tasks you need to accomplish the goals you have created. Meditation will help you focus strictly on your conscious mind to make subconscious changes. Here, you make plans for actions, and gives you the needed energy and determination to achieve success.
Of course, there are more techniques you can use to reprogram your mind but this is to keep it brief and simple so you understand what mind programming entails.
Fun Fact: I learned this on a Monday morning so you can imagine how fueled I was to crush the week. I believe you can implement these too.
