Yusuf Buhari Wins APC Reps Primary In Katsina

The All Progressives Congress primary election for the Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua Federal Constituency seat was won by Yusuf Buhari, the late president Muhammadu Buhari’s son.

He defeated Honourable Auwal Daura, who received 21 votes, with 5,849 votes.

Yusuf had announced in April that he would run for a House of Representatives seat in advance of the general elections in 2027.

“With all respect, I am extremely delighted to write and inform you of my intention to contest for the seat of House of Representatives at the above-mentioned constituency (Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua), under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).”

Congratulations, Yusuf Buhari, on your hard-fought victory in the APC Reps primary in Katsina. This achievement is a testament to your dedication and support. As you move forward, we urge you to serve the people with fairness, sincerity, and integrity.

Let your leadership be a source of pride, and do not put your people to shame. Your commitment to genuine service can make a lasting positive impact on the community you aspire to represent.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy
