Weekly Celebrity Spotlight For July 24-30: Beyoncé

Another week has ended guys. We bring you the celebrity in the spotlight from July 24 to 30th.

It’s no other person but our diva and screen goddess; BEYONCÉ! Yippie!

So, guys, you all remember that we told you Queen Bey was cooking a hot new album. Oh yeah, six years after releasing Lemonade, Queen Bey has now launched her latest most talked about solo album titled ‘Renaissance’. This is her seventh album.

Almost three years in the works, Renaissance was recorded throughout the pandemic.

In a statement released on her website, Beyoncé described the new album as “a beautiful journey of exploration” and “a place to scream, release, feel freedom.”

“Creating this album allowed me a place to dream and to find escape during a scary time for the world,” she said. “It allowed me to feel free and adventurous in a time when little else was moving. I intended to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place to be free of perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, release, and feel freedom. It was a beautiful journey of exploration.”

Two days before the album was set to arrive, it leaked. Just before the album’s official release, Beyoncé released a statement thanking her fans for waiting. “So, the album leaked, and you all waited until the proper release time so you can all enjoy it together,” she wrote. “I’ve never seen anything like it. I can’t thank y’all enough for your love and protection. I appreciate you for calling out anyone that was trying to sneak into the club early. It means the world to me. Thank you for your unwavering support. Thank you for being patient. We are going to take our time and enjoy the music. I will continue to give you my all and do my best to bring you joy. I love you deep.”

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
