Motherhood: Five Important Roles A Mother plays in the home 3

Hello Great Mothers. Children are God’s greatest gifts to a family. The huge responsibility of raising them into mature, well-balanced adults comes along with these blessings. It will need a lot of patience and perseverance to succeed at this.

Although both parents share the duty of raising joyful, optimistic children, the mother bears the bulk of this burden because she is the one who spends most of the day with the kids.

The first role of a mother in the home was discussed in my previous article. We talked about the responsibility a mother has as the Manager of her home. In order to fulfill this job, a mother must care for both the tangible and intangible needs of her family; such as maintaining a happy home for her husband and kids throughout their entire lives.

In this article, we will be discussing the second role a mother plays in the home.

A mother serving as a teacher for her children.

You have a responsibility to teach your children properly as a mother by setting the highest standard.

You are your child’s first teacher as a mother. Mothers spend more time with their kids, and as a result, they have complete faith in her.

Children have incredibly receptive minds, and they imitate almost everything they see and hear. Therefore, a mother has a responsibility to set a positive example for her children by acting in certain ways, such as how she interacts with them, corrects them, and disciplines them, as well as how she behaves with other people, dresses, talks, and chooses her friends. All of these things that kids consume eventually mold their personalities.

Making the distinction between right and improper behavior is what a mother teaches her kids. She cultivates in them a sense of morality.

To be a good teacher to your children, you must be patient, caring, caring, respectful, strong and resilient, a forgiver, etc

What are the values a mother is expected to teach her children?
