THE LORD WANTS US TO PERSEVERE IN OUR PRAYER

From persistency to reverence in faith the Canaanite woman in today’s gospel received favor from the Lord Jesus. Her daughter was delivered from the hands of the devil. Christ tested her and she valued the test and came through successfully. Her daughter was well again.

This is what faith can do for us, when we feel all hope is gone, faith comes through. When we are in doubt, faith gives us the courage to face any test that comes our way. What we believe truly matters. Faith in God makes us write out the success story of our lives and how God carried us through.

There is a proverb that says that the many legs of the centipede do not stop it from falling but help it to carry on. God commands you to pray but forbids you to worry. We too must never be discouraged but take it to the Lord in prayer.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
