TAKE UP YOUR CROSS AND LET CHRIST SAVE YOUR LIFE

We remember what Jesus told us about being His disciples. If we want to be His disciples, then we will have to take up our cross and follow Him (Luke 14:25-33; Mtt 5:39; Lk 9:23)

Every page of the gospels is filled with some kind of hard teachings from Jesus. But all those teachings are about life and love. To choose to follow them will grant us peace and joy. We must love him above family, friends, or anything. Today we are called to look at the Cross and meditate on it.

For In the Cross is salvation; in the Cross is life; in the Cross is protection against our enemies;
in the Cross is an infusion of heavenly sweetness;
in the Cross is strength of mind; in the Cross is joy of spirit; in the Cross is excellence of virtue;
in the Cross is the perfection of holiness.
There is no salvation of the soul, nor hope of eternal life, save in the Cross.”
Fr. Thomas à Kempis, The inner life.

Regardless of your circumstances Take up your cross, Trust in God, and Follow Him daily till the end and he will lead you on your journey through. Through the graces that flow from the Cross of Christ, may we receive salvation, life to the fullest, your divine healing, victory, miracles, and upliftment?

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
