Motherhood: Essential Strategies For Raising A Strong And Confident Daughter (9)

Hello Great Mothers!

Raising bold, confident girls with strong values and self-esteem is crucial, especially in a society that has historically provided limited opportunities for women.

Every human is created to make a positive impact on the world, and to do so, one must be confident, bold, and possess a healthy sense of self-esteem to overcome the challenges that come their way.

Since we are all meant to contribute positively to the world, it is essential to nurture our girls to ensure they are not defined or limited by societal expectations.

As mothers, we have the responsibility to help our daughters discover their abilities, develop expertise in them, and use them boldly to impact their communities. We must guide them not to let society intimidate or restrict them. Many strategies can be achieved that can be used to achieve this have been discussed in my previous articles. Another approach is:

Mothers, Model Good Self-Esteem

As a mother, you need to believe in yourself. Take care of your health and embrace the belief that you are strong, intelligent, beautiful, loving, and kind. Carry yourself with confidence in how you dress, speak, and act. Excel in your roles—whether in your career, business, hobbies, or household chores.

Cultivate self-esteem, respect yourself and others, and be a woman of dignity whose words and actions reflect that. Don’t be intimidated by others, and don’t intimidate others either. Prioritize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and never allow yourself to be undermined.

Even if you struggle with self-confidence and self-esteem, do not show it to your daughter, as it could affect her development. Instead, be a role model of a confident and resilient woman in her presence.

By doing so, you will inspire and motivate your daughter to develop the same strength and confidence, equipping her to face challenges, excel in life, and make a positive impact on humanity.

Women are strong, not weak. God has given us the power to birth and nurture world leaders and to become whoever we aspire to be.”
