Yesterday, Friday, January 16, 2026, will go down in the memory of all APC members across the seven wards of Itire Ikate LCDA, following a successful stakeholders’ engagement and review of e-registration and political activities.
The council venue along Airways Road was agog with party members jostling to partake in the review of activities.
This gathering underscored the determined resolve across all members to position the party for victory ahead of the 2027 general election. The atmosphere was palpable and understandably cheerful as party leaders and members jostled to hear one another.

No doubt, the APC in Itire-Ikate LCDA is gearing up for the 2027 general election with a comprehensive strategy. The Executive Chairman, Hon. Oluwafemi Odunayo Daniel, convened the all-inclusive stakeholders’ meeting to review progress on APC E-Registration and Continuous Voters Registration thereby showcasing some proactive measures for total victory.

Worthy of note on the meeting’s outcome and proud mention include:
– *Inclusive Stakeholder Engagement*: The party has involved diverse groups, including party leaders, artisans, and persons living with disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to grassroots outreach.
– *Focus on Voter Registration*: Emphasis on CVR and APC E-Registration shows the party is prioritizing electoral strength.
– *Collaborative Problem-Solving*: The meeting addressed challenges and identified areas for improvement, indicating a willingness to adapt and grow.
We should not forget that Hon. Oluwafemi Odunayo Daniel has launched initiatives to support local businesses and entrepreneurs, including microloans and business training programmes.
Equally important to mention is that the LCDA completed several projects and plans to upgrade local markets to boost economic activities. The Seven Roads project has been completed across the seven wards, each ward has a road project; and there are ongoing repairs of major roads, culverts, and bridges.
With these deliberate efforts at development in mind under the leadership of Hon Oluwafemi Odunayo Daniel, there seems to be no doubt that the party will be victorious in the forthcoming elections.
All hands must therefore be on deck to support the Chairman to deliver on all his electoral promises!
