Actress, Halima Abubakar Advises Ladies To Wash Their Pads After Use, Here’s Why

Award winning Nigerian actress, Halima Abubakar has offered a life saving advice to ladies.

According to Ghgossip, The beautiful and talented Nollywood actress took to her official and verified social media page to share a piece of advise to ladies following the rapid increase in ritual activities in the country.

Halima Abubakar advised ladies to start washing blood from their menstrual pads or bury them in a pit after use. According to her, doing such will prevent ritualist from accessing it for any ritual purpose which at the end will save their lives.

She took to her official Instagram page to share this advice. She wrote; ”Start washing out your blood from your pad. Sounds dirty but It saves lives or if you have a pit, good for you, take care of your blood”.
