All About School Life – Episode 8

Good day everyone and happy Sunday to you all. Welcome to another episode of All About School Life. Today, I will be talking about “The General Roommate Experience” in school.

My roommate in school is my brother. So that means less drama for us as there is always drama between roommates especially when you are meeting the person for the first time in school.

Imagine knowing very little about someone, then the two of you will pay rent 50-50 and then later find out that you and your roommate are not compatible but you have already paid a year’s rent 😂😂😂. Like you can’t just expect what is coming for you.

I have a friend that is always complaining about how his roommate doesn’t like washing his plates 😂. This guy likes when his kitchen is clean but well his roommate cares less.

Another of my friends, his roommate keeps bringing his girlfriend over and then my friend would have to leave 😂. Then the roommate started abusing it, bringing the girl too much. My guy will now turn into a wanderer, looking for where to sleep. At a point, he told his roommate that “if that girl should come again, anything they want to do, they will do it in his front.” Meaning he is not leaving the room again. I find this one very funny😂😂.

Then another friend of mine, his roommate loved loud music and is a party person. Many people come to visit his roommate frequently 😂. Meanwhile, the guy is an introvert and just wants to read his book in peace. Well, it going to be a wonderful one year 😂😂😂.

Most people make these mistakes in their first year because it’s not something they will necessarily have in the back of their minds. But after one year in school, they would have already met people that are like them and most times become roommates with them the next year.

Then this leads us to the main drama. When roommates are very angry and can’t just wait for next year to finally separate. One person owns the gas and another person owns the bed 😂. The funny part is when the two joined money to buy something in the room.

As for me and my brother, we have known ourselves since we were tinny 😂. The mumu boy doesn’t have any trick up his sleeves that I don’t know of. So no fight will occur in school that we haven’t seen at home. And if anyone was to cause problem, it would probably be me 😈😈😈.
