Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has praised Evangelist Ebuka Obi, Spiritual Director of Zion Prayer Movement Outreach, for constructing a state-of-the-art psychiatric hospital and old people’s home in Aguleri, Anambra East Local Government Area. The Seraphic Psychiatric Hospital and Old People’s Home, built by Seraphic Foundation, the charity arm of the Zion Ministry, will provide free medical attention to those in need.
