Andrew Tate Accused Of Sexual Assault By Another Woman

A fourth British woman has accused Andrew Tate of s*xual assault, claiming the social media celebrity choked her until she passed out.

The 30-year-old has joined a civil suit for damages against Tate after three other women announced their intention to do so in April.

Andrew Tate, a former kickboxer, is currently under house arrest in Romania with his brother Tristan on charges of organized crime and human trafficking, which he denies.

The fourth woman has now come forward to say Tate threatened her after he ‘strangled’ her till she passed out while they were having s*x.

The lady said she met Tate on a night out in his hometown of Luton, Bedfordshire, while she was a 20-year-old university student at the time of the claims in 2014.

They had consenting s*x, she claimed, but it turned violent when Tate choked her, and when she awoke, he was still having s*x with her, which she did not consent to.

This was the woman’s second contact with Tate, she told BBC Newsnight. They had consenting sex a couple of months ago.

She said that during their second encounter, Tate put his hand on her throat and ‘strangled me’ until she passed out and that when she awoke, ‘it was a bit strange at first,’ and he was ‘still having s*x with me’.

Tate, according to the lady, reportedly made violent threats against her, including one to kill her, adding: “He kept saying: ‘I own you, you belong to me’.

“All throughout the night he was being fairly aggressive and saying horrible things.”

Tate’s representative stated that all of his s s*xual practices had been consensual and that he does not condone violence against women.

The woman did not report the event to authorities at the time, claiming she did not realize she had been sexually assaulted until she told her friends about it six years later.

She has now joined three other British women in their late twenties and early thirties in suing Tate for civil damages.

They all claim Tate s*xually abused them between 2013 and 2016, when he lived in the UK.

Tate’s spokesman told Sky News: “We understand there is a lot of interest surrounding Andrew at the moment; however, he vehemently denies these accusations and does not condone violence of any kind towards women.

“All s*xual acts that Andrew has partaken in have been consensual and agreed upon before by both parties.

“Andrew strongly encourages women who have experienced assault, in any form, to report it to the relevant authorities. He is saddened that a few women who he has allegedly spent time with nearly a decade ago have decided to try and take advantage of his current situation.

“We will not be commenting any further on anyone’s alleged intention to pursue legal action unless such action is submitted to the authorities.”

When the initial three women’s claim was originally made public in April, their attorney, Matt Jury, said: “Their allegations include rape, s*xual and physical assaults, including holding guns to women’s heads, strangulations including with belts, allegations of the most awful behaviour towards women.”

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
