Andrew Tate Says He Believes In God And Justice Over His Trial

Andrew Tate, a controversial influencer, and his brother made an appearance in a court in Bucharest on Wednesday, June 21, to answer to charges of rape and human trafficking.

On Wednesday, June 20, Tate told reporters as he arrived at the Bucharest Tribunal that he believes “in God and I believe in the justice system, and we are going to be OK.”

Four bodyguards were around him and his brother Tristan as they entered the courthouse, shooing reporters out of the way.

Andrew Tate replied to a reporter who inquired if he had committed rape: “Of course not, don’t ask me stupid questions.”

Despite the seriousness of the allegations brought against them on Tuesday, which include rape, human trafficking, and organizing a gang to engage in s*xual exploitation of women, the pair appeared cheerful as they waved and smiled.

According to CNN station Antena 3, a Romanian judge later postponed the case of Tate and his brother until Friday.

The court was anticipated to decide whether to place the two under home arrest and to establish a trial date.

On his way out of the courthouse, back to house arrest, Tate told the media: “I would like to say a massive ‘Thank you’ to all the supporters we have around the world.

“Regardless of what the mainstream media keep saying and the lies they’re trying to report, we get tens of thousands of messages from people every single day supporting us, and they understand that we’re not the first affluent, wealthy men who have been unfairly attacked.”

The Tate brothers are the most well-known suspects on trial in Romania on charges of human trafficking.

Along with two other suspects from Romania, they were put under house arrest while a legal investigation into alleged abuse against seven women, which they have denied, is ongoing.

In addition, Andrew Tate is accused of raping one of the victims, and Tristan Tate is accused of inciting other people to violence.

According to the prosecution, the Tate brothers used seduction and a false pretence of wanting a relationship or marriage to lure their victims into being part of their crew.

According to a statement received by Antena3 in Romania, the Tate brothers’ legal team stated that it “will embrace the opportunity to fight in court and present arguments and evidence” to prove their innocence.

A fourth British woman alleged earlier this month that the influencer had sexually assaulted her and choked her until she passed out.

The 30-year-old has joined a civil lawsuit against Tate for damages after three other women declared their intention to file a lawsuit in April.
