Bbnaija Cross Declares That God Has Arrested Him
Okonkwo Ikechukwu, also known as Cross from Big Brother Naija, has declared his renewed commitment to Christianity and disclosed a significant shift in his spiritual path. Cross revealed that he has been “arrested by God” and is now totally dedicated to live for Jesus Christ in a very personal message on his social media platform X (previously Twitter) this Saturday.
Cross talked about his change, saying that he now feels a divine purpose to convey God’s word and fulfill a greater calling. Cross rose to fame during the 2021 season of BBNaija: Shine Ya Eye and returned for the 2023 All Stars edition, where he placed fifth runner-up.
“I have been arrested by God,” Cross wrote. “Moving forward, I belong to Jesus Christ, who is the Savior of the world. He has called me to do His work and build His Kingdom. A lot of revival is happening right now on earth, and He wants us as His children to join His agenda. All you need to do is call on Him and truly believe that He is your Lord and Savior. And He will answer.”
In his message, the reality TV star also committed to using his platform, including his loyal fanbase, CrossNation, to represent God’s love and grace. “My life and CrossNation will represent Him and His glory from today till the end of time,” he affirmed, adding, “For God is Love and Love is God.”
The post has sparked a wave of support from fans, with many applauding Cross’s courage to openly embrace and share his faith.
God can use anybody – for the power is not in the individual but in the God who calls.
