Bill Cosby Sued For Sexual Assault Of Over 50 Years Ago

Bill Cosby, an American actor, comedian, and media personality, has been sued for a second alleged sexual assault that allegedly occurred in 1969.

Victoria Valentino, a former Playboy model and well-known Cosby accuser, asserts that he exploited her in 1969 while she was seeking to break into the Hollywood elite.

After an audition, according to Valentino, she first saw Cosby in his studio trailer when she told him about the tragic passing of her 6-year-old son. Later that year, she said Cosby ran into her at a restaurant in Los Angeles and made an offer to pay for a spa treatment for her and a friend after he saw her crying at the dinner table.

She further asserted that Bill Cosby had promised to treat her and a friend to dinner following their spa day, but that the dinner encounter had turned into a nightmare.

The media celebrity, according to Valentino, allegedly gave them drugs and assured them it would make them feel better while acting as though he had just taken one himself. She claims that after taking the drugs with her friend, she soon found it difficult to stay awake.

According to Valentino, after telling Cosby that she wanted to go home, he led her and her friend to a car and offered to drive them there. She claims that while Cosby instead drove them to his office, where she alleges a sexual assault took place, she felt queasy and sick to her stomach.

The former model alleged that when her friend dozed off on a couch in Cosby’s office, she laid down on another couch and closed her eyes. She claimed that when she opened her eyes, Cosby was seated next to her buddy, gazing at her with a “predatory intensity” and an erection.

Cosby allegedly approached Valentino after she attempted to draw his attention away from her friend. She claimed that when she tried to stand up, her legs began to tremble and give way. She claimed that after he sat down next to her and unzipped his pants, Cosby pressed his pnis into her lips. She claims that after doing so, he shoved his pnis inside her v*gina and stood her up.

Cosby once acknowledged using quaaludes on young women with whom he wanted to have sex during a 2005 deposition in another matter, and Valentino includes this in her lawsuit. Valentino argues that because she had been drugged and was physically powerless, she was incapable of consent.

Valentino claims that in addition to financial loss, she also experienced major shame, mental agony, anger, and mental anguish. She is now suing Cosby for damages.

However reacting to the claim, Cosby’s representative, Andrew Wyatt said: “Media needs to vet Victoria Valentino cautiously and carefully — because she has changed her alleged accounts of sexual abuse at the hands of Mr Cosby over 10 to 15 times.

“It’s unfortunate that the statute of limitations were put in The Constitution to protect victims and those who are accused — and it seems that our political figures are caving to being click baiters and accumulating likes as opposed to vetting these allegations made by alleged accusers and moving swiftly to create these look back windows — which are only being created because they incorporate Bill Cosby’s name. This is bigger than Bill Cosby. This is a target against every black successful man in America like Lebron James, Will Smith and President Obama.”
