Britney Spears’ Divorce Not Linked To Cheating

There is no evidence that Sam Asghari and Britney Spears were ‘cheating on each other’ prior to their divorce.

According to reports, neither Britney Spears nor her ex-husband cheated on each other, which led to the breakup of their marriage.

The ‘Toxic’ singer, 41, acknowledged that she was “a little shocked” when her husband of just 14 months, Sam Asghari, 29, filed for divorce on August 16 citing “irreconcilable differences” – which sparked a flurry of reports it came after the couple had a major fight over her and Asghari’s infidelity.

Since the split’s announcement, there have also been numerous rumors that Spears attacked Asghari while the two were still together and began to act in an increasingly “erratic” manner, including hurling knives at the walls of their LA mansion.

There was no cheating, a source insisted to Page Six. Since she is just 5 feet 2 and he is 6 feet 2, how could she assault him?

“It’s complicated, this wasn’t a decision that was made in a flash; it’s been in the works for the past month,” they continued.

Asghari, who is now reportedly concentrating on his budding acting career, is reportedly vying for a piece of Spears’ estimated $60 million fortune despite having signed a prenup with the singer that reportedly only gives him very limited access to her money if the marriage ends before two years.

However, Asghari’s agent Brandon Cohen has stated: “There are several reports that Sam is contesting the prenuptial agreement and threatening to use videos to financially exploit his ex-wife.

“However, none of these allegations are true because she has never been the target of malicious intent and never will be. Sam has and will continue to be her supporter.

Regarding Asghari’s business plans since his breakup with Spears, a source told TMZ: “He is a member of SAG-AFTRA and intends to continue acting roles after the actors’ strike is over.

He is also interested in hosting performances in addition to performing characters. He had no ongoing projects prior to the strike and evidently has none now because Hollywood is still closed, but that is where his focus is.

When Asghari and Spears first began dating, he was employed at Royal Personal Training in Los Angeles.

Since his breakup from Spears, an insider told Page Six that he has been concentrating on “spending time with his family” and is “mainly taking care of his mum in LA.” She had been injured in an accident a few weeks prior and required medical care.

According to reports, Asghari frequently traveled for filming assignments, leaving Spears alone for days at a time before she and Asghari filed for divorce.

According to a source who spoke to Page Six, Britney wanted a fairytale but didn’t get one. She believed Sam’s devotion wasn’t truly unwavering.

“Of course she feels disappointed…Anyone would when your partner isn’t supporting you in the manner you feel is appropriate. But he was not super present, You only have to ask, ‘Where was he when Britney was filming all her Instagram videos?’

“He would just disappear for months to go filming and she would be left all alone. There were times when he would just get up and go.”
