Britney Spears’ Manager And Lawyer Left In Charge Of Her

Britney Spears’ manager and lawyer have reportedly been placed in charge of her care following her divorce from Sam Ashgari.

The singer, 41, and Iranian-American model Sam, 29, are splitting after only a year of marriage, according to sources, and the couple is ‘no longer speaking’.

Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart and her manager Cade Hudson are reportedly “the last people standing in her life,” according to TMZ.

According to the publication, both of them help the actress eat, get to meetings, and manage her professional possibilities.

Britney’s lawyer is said to believe that her current mental state is not cause for concern, and there are no plans to improve her medical care or therapy.

Bryan, Britney’s older brother, is said to be trying to support his sister since her divorce from Sam but is ‘stepping on eggshells’ around the singer.

It comes on the heels of news that Britney is refusing to give Sam custody of their two dogs in the wake of their crude divorce battle.

Sam, who is said to have signed an unbreakable prenup before marrying Britney, filed for divorce last week, alleging irreconcilable differences.

In the declaration, he asks for spousal support, as well as legal bills and court costs, as well as ‘separate assets’ and ‘other items,’ which Britney believes may include the two adopted dogs he gave her, according to a source close to the singer.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, a Spears family insider revealed that Britney, who has hired the notoriously ferocious Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser, is confident that her team will be able to shut down any claim Sam might make to her wealth – but she is deeply concerned that her beloved pups may be put in jeopardy.

The pair currently have two dogs: Porsha, who Sam gifted to Britney in 2021, and Sawyer, a German Shepherd they adopted this year.

“Regarding [Britney and Sam’s shared] property, the most difficult part of dividing any assets will be their two dogs,” the source explained.

“But Sam gave Porsha to Britney as a present and she was the one who wanted to adopt Sawyer when they were in Maui.”

However, the source claimed that Britney is more than willing to return one ‘thing’ to her estranged husband: her engagement ring, which she received for free.
