The Confederation of African Football, CAF has selected Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen for a random drug test following his excellent performance against Cameroon in Saturday’s Round of 16 encounter at the ongoing AFCON 2023.
Osimhen was one of Nigeria’s outstanding performers in their 2-0 victory, which secured their place in the quarterfinals.

According to Vanguard, Osimhen’s untiring performance in the game drew the notice of CAF, who chose him for a random test.
The current CAF Player of the Year is slated to lead the line for the three-time winners against Angola in the quarterfinals this week.
