Chris Brown Arrested For Alleged Bottle Attack In London

According to reports, Chris Brown was arrested in the UK in relation to a London nightclub bottle attack, he was taken into custody early Thursday morning at a five-star hotel in Manchester.

The 36-year-old American artist was taken into custody by Metropolitan Police officers at The Lowry Hotel shortly after two in the morning.

Brown was arrested in connection with an alleged assault on music producer Abe Diaw at the Tape nightclub in Hanover Square, Mayfair, on February 19, 2023. Around three in the morning, Diaw says Brown attacked him without cause at the upscale location.

Brown had landed at Manchester Airport the afternoon before, having flown in on a private jet to the UK. His existence in the nation was discovered following inquiries by The Sun.

A Met Police spokesperson confirmed: “A 36-year-old man was arrested at a hotel in Manchester shortly after 02:00hrs on Thursday, 15 May on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.

He remains in custody. The arrest relates to an incident at a venue in Hanover Square on 19 February 2023.”
