Collect Your PVC To Elect A Godly Leader, A’Ibom Commissioner Tells Christians

Christians are told to receive Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) so that they can vote for devout leaders who support Christianity in government.

Akwa Ibom State Commission for Information and Strategy Ini Ememobong called on Sunday during his jubilee celebration of Uyo’s Gospel of Grace and Power Mission Silver. One of them was Reverend Eunice Chris Egharevba, Director of Archives at the Office of Information Strategy.

Congratulating the Church on its founding anniversary, Mr. Emomobon called on the Church members and the entire Christian community in the state and in Nigeria to fulfill their civic responsibility to elect Christian leaders who enshrine the sacred virtues in the government’s will. urged the Christians to defend their faith.

He expressed his joy that the Church represented Christians, especially Mrs. Egarevva, as a shining light in the pastoral and state affairs, and wished both the Church and the newly ordained clergy every success in their ministry. . Previously, Pastor Joseph Orok, National President of Grace and Power Gospel Mission, Inc., accompanied by his wife, Pastor Enobone, spoke about the accomplishments of the Church over the last 25 years.

In his homily, with the theme, “Broaden the Vision”, drawn from Deutronomy 1: 6-8 and Psalm 1:24, the Guest Minister, Rev (Dr.) John Obot, admonished the inducted ministers to keep their vision alive by holding firmly unto God as there are bound to be fresh challenges in their elevated ecclesiastical calling.
