“Did You See Pepper Or Not In The Last 8 Years”, Bishop David Oyedepo Warns Nigerians

Bishop David Oyedepo, the head of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has issued a warning to Nigerians as the country approaches the elections in 2023, emphasizing that they have seen “pepper” in the previous eight years.

Bishop Oyedepo warned Nigerians against repeating the error of the past as God speaks to him concerning the affairs of the nation.

He gave the warning during the church’s 21 days of fasting and prayer.

According to Oyedepo, events in the nation, show that Nigerians have not been able to draw lessons from the past.

According to Oyedepo: “Being in church doesn’t make you a prophet. God tells me things, and details about this nation, and I know something is happening right now, but when it’s time, I’ll talk to you.

“You’ll become dead to what they’re saying, you’re just open only to what God is saying. Did you see pepper or not in the last 8 years? You know pepper is in grades, different levels of pepper. Nigerians have short memory, very short memory.

“If you can’t learn from the past up until now, I don’t know what you want to learn.

“They made all balloon promises, nothing came to pass, not one. You wrote them down, newspapers wrote them down, you can’t see anything there. They’re saying, ‘come again, come again, fools come.”

The Clergyman is right. We have suffered in this country and deserve a better life than this.

Nigerians are not lazy people, we are ready to work, and we are ambitious people, but yet, why are we behind?

It’s simple…bad leadership. We keep electing people who are not even qualified to manage their lives, to manger the lives of over 200 million people.

We have to wise up as a country if not, greater pepper is ahead of us and we merely just survived the last 8 years pepper.
