Federal Government Launches 3-Day Project Tour and Citizens’ Engagement in Southeast

The Federal Government has kicked off a three-day project tour and citizens’ engagement initiative in the Southeast, specifically in Enugu and Ebonyi States. The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, announced this during a meeting with media executives and influencers in Enugu.

  • Day 1: The tour began on Thursday, August 14, 2025, in Enugu State, with a visit to ongoing and commissioned projects.
  • Day 2: The delegation will proceed to Ebonyi State on Friday, August 15, 2025, where Governor Ogbonna Erishi Nwifuru will receive them.
  • Citizens’ Engagement Forum: The forum will be held in the Enugu State Government House on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 6 pm.

This initiative demonstrates the government’s efforts to engage with citizens, showcase its achievements, and gather feedback for future improvements.
