Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable has revealed that late legendary singer, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti died because of his inability to conduct himself properly.
Remember that Fela was an activist who risked his life and the lives of those close to him to oppose poor governance?
In a recent “Echoo Room” podcast featuring media personality Quincy Jonze, Portable belittled Fela by asserting that he passed away early because he didn’t care about his company.
“According to what we were told, if Fela had minded his business a little he would have lived longer. But he was busy fighting for Nigerians wey no fight for their selves.
“I was in America looking for foreign artistes. I was busy displaying my madness online when Davido called me to come. Me and Davido did not quarrel until when the devil Zlatan came.” he said.
