Former Russian President Warns Of World War 3

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, a close supporter of current Russian President Vladimir Putin, has warned of World War III if the UK sends soldiers into Ukraine.

Medvedev issued the warning on Sunday, October 1, after British defence secretary Grant Shapps said he was considering deploying UK troops to train soldiers inside Ukraine. He said any British soldiers found training soldiers inside Ukraine would be legitimate targets for Russian forces and would be “ruthlessly destroyed.”

Former Russian President wrote in a Telegram post: “The number of leading idiots in Nato countries is growing. One newly minted cretin – the British Minister of Defence – decided to transfer English training courses for Ukrainian soldiers to the territory of Ukraine itself.

“These idiots are actively pushing us towards a Third World War. This will turn their instructors into a legal targets for our armed forces.

“Understanding perfectly well that they will be ruthlessly destroyed. And not as mercenaries, but namely as British Nato specialists.”

Additionally, Medvedev issued a warning that Taurus missile manufacturers in Germany would become targets if they continued to supply Kyiv. Moscow is concerned that the German-made missiles could target Russian soil and contribute to cutting off its army’s supplies.

Since the start of 2022, more than 20,000 Ukrainian recruits have received training there. However, due to the possibility of Russian servicemen being targeted, NATO members have eschewed training programs in Ukraine.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
