Harvard Is A Joke; Should No Longer Receive Federal Funds – Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump has intensified his conflict with Harvard University, labeling the renowned institution a “joke” and asserting it does not deserve federal financial support.

This latest assault is part of Trump’s wider crusade against elite academic establishments, which he claims foster “hate” and “stupidity.” Unlike several other universities, Harvard has resisted White House attempts to enforce extensive governmental oversight.

“Harvard can no longer be considered even a decent place of learning and should not be listed among the world’s great universities or colleges,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

“Harvard is a JOKE, teaches Hate and Stupidity, and should no longer receive Federal Funds.”

The president’s remarks come on the heels of his Tuesday threats to strip Harvard of its nonprofit tax-exempt status and halt over $2.2 billion in federal funding. He further insisted that the university overhaul its admissions and hiring processes and consent to federal audits of its academic programs.

Harvard President Alan Garber responded resolutely, stating the university would not “negotiate over its independence or its constitutional rights.”

The Trump administration contends that its measures address the growing issue of anti-Semitism on college campuses, which officials associate with pro-Palestinian protests against Israel’s war in Gaza. Critics, however, perceive the crackdown as an assault on academic freedom and diversity initiatives.

In recent months, the White House has also threatened to cut funding to numerous institutions over race-conscious policies designed to enhance inclusion among students and faculty.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
