Hit-And-Run Driver Crushes One-Year Old Boy To D3ath

A hit-and-run driver has fatally struck a one-year-old boy, Desmond Adewole, in Ekiti State.

The child was tragically crushed to death by the driver, reportedly a worshiper attending St Paul’s Anglican Church, Emure Ekiti, during the Easter Sunday Service.

One of the church members, who requested anonymity, stated that the boy was discovered on the ground in a position indicating he was accidentally run over by a vehicle, though the driver remains unidentified.

The church member explained that the incident occurred when the baby wandered out of the church, unaware, in search of his mother.

The spokesperson for the State Police Command, Sunday Abutu, who verified the incident, assured that the case would be thoroughly investigated.
