Homosexual Man Arrested After Raping A 5-year-old To Death

Men from the Ogun State Police Command detained a 36-year-old homosexual named Sikiru Ajibola on Friday, November 25, for allegedly raping a 5-year-old boy to death in the Ogijo region of Ogun state.

The CDA Chairman of Olorunwa Arogbeja Ogijo filed a report at the divisional headquarters of Ogijo after receiving information from a member of the community that the suspect had illicit carnal knowledge of a 5-year-old kid, which had the tragic result of the innocent boy dying in the process.

Following the report, CSP Enatufe Omoh, the DPO for the Ogijo division, immediately dispatched his detectives to the area, where the culprit was soon apprehended. During questioning, the accused suspect admitted to being gay and said that the deceased child passed away while being raped.

He further admitted that he hurriedly dug a grave in a nearby bush and buried the boy there.

He has also brought police officers to the gravesite of the deceased.

The state police command’s spokesperson, SP Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed the incident and said state Commissioner of Police, CP Lanre Bankole, had ordered the case to be transferred right away to the state Criminal Investigation Departments’ Homicide section for further investigation and diligent prosecution.
