The Executive Chairman of Itire-Ikate LCDA, Hon. Oluwafemi Odunayo Daniel, has officially flagged off the construction of seven key roads across the council area, under a landmark initiative tagged “Pioneer 7.”

The roads were carefully selected to address critical community needs, ensuring improved mobility, enhanced accessibility, and increased economic activity. Each project will include the construction of drainage systems and the installation of solar-powered street lights to guarantee quality, safety, and sustainability.

Airways Ward: Olojudo Street

Agunbiade Ward: Obajimi Street

Baruwa Ward: Onadeko Street

Ramoni Ward: Dayo Ojutiku Street

Sanusi Ward: Ashabi Shoniyi Street

Karounwi/Ogunsami Ward: Tossou Street

Speaking during the ceremony, Hon. Daniel reiterated that the initiative reflects his administration’s proactive governance approach and its resolve to deliver impactful projects within the first 100 days of his tenure. He assured residents that his leadership will continue to focus on initiatives that directly improve livelihoods, strengthen community development, and align with the THEMES+ Agenda of the Lagos State Government.
