Reality TV personality Uriel Oputa spoke about how her recent experiences have changed her perspective on marriage and made her more cautious about getting married.
Oputa claimed in an Instagram post that she would have happily accepted marriage five years ago, but her experiences with men since then have changed her perspective.
She claimed that she had changed her mind about commitment after seeing a number of men exhibit characteristics she characterized as “inconsistent, egotistical, narcissistic and manipulative.
“If you had asked me 5 years ago, even 3 or 4 years ago, ‘Do you want to get married?’ I’d have said absolutely, 100% yes. Ask me now? I’d have to think twice,” she wrote.
“And honestly, I’m not sure I want to spend the rest of my life on high blood pressure medication”,
But hey, in God we trust. Mine will be different”, she added.
