“I Will Fight Anthony Joshua For Free” – Tyson Fury

Tyson Fury has announced that he will do another U-turn on his retirement and fight Anthony Joshua for free.

The current WBC heavyweight champion made the announcement after successfully defending his title against Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium in April.

The Gypsy King recently made it known that he will fight the Olympian who won a gold medal in London 2012 for free.

Fury, while on his countrywide tour, said, “It’s all about money, Mr Businessman – he’s not a fighting man.

“I swear to God I hope he wins the fight against [Oleksandr] Usyk so that I can come out of retirement and fight him for free.

“However, the terms are this – I want it at Wembley stadium, I want it free to enter and I want it on free-to-air in television in this country.

“I’ll fight him in England, not abroad in a foreign country for more money, here for free for the people.”

Anthony Joshua is getting ready to reclaim the WBA, WBO, and IBF titles from Usyk, who defeated him in their most recent match in September.

The outcome of the rematch, which is slated for Saturday, August 20, in Jeddah, could affect whether or not he and Fury will ever square off.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
