I Will Retire In Ten Years Time – Cristiano Ronaldo

Football player Cristiano Ronaldo talked about his likelihood of retiring from the sport when questioned about his future plans.

When asked when he intended to hang up his boots while attending the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, the 38-year-old forward for Al-Nassr gave a humorous reaction.

Ronaldo first declared he would retire “soon,” but later indicated he could be able to hold his position as the best player in the world for some time.

“The moment I finish, I don’t know to be honest,” Ronaldo said.

“Of course, it will be soon, soon I mean 10 years more.

“No I am joking, I don’t know, let’s see.”

Cristiano Ronaldo, who will turn 39 next month, now plays for Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr.

Last January, the Portugal star joined the club in a record £175 million-a-year agreement after his contract at Manchester United was cancelled.

This season, he leads the Saudi Pro League in goals scored with 20, three more than his nearest challenger, Aleksandar Mitrovic.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
