“I Will Stand By You Till Death,” Bobrisky Tells Mompha, Says People Don’t Understand Their Relationship

“I Will Stand By You Till Death,” Bobrisky Tells Mompha, Says People Don’t Understand Their Relationship

Idris Okuneye a.k.a. Bobrisky, a controversial Nigerian crossdresser, has decided to put the past behind him as he empathizes with Ismail Mustapha a.k.a. Mompha, the re-arrested Dubai-based online personality with whom he had a recent feud.

On Monday, just after arriving in Nigeria for business, Mompha was re-arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for alleged money laundering and internet frauding.

Irrespective of their dispute, which resulted in a court suit for alleged defamation, Bobrisky, who was the target of the litigation, aroused emotions on Wednesday when he announced his support and love for Mompha on Instagram.

People assumed the crossdresser would be amused by Mompha’s dilemma, but he is clearly moving in an opposite direction.

The cross dresser wrote: “I’m that friend that stands till death cos my friendship with you is d purest !!!!! I know wherever you are right now you are fine. Have always known you as a strong man not d weak.

“Many people try everything to break us cos they don’t understand d friendship, well it’s their business and their opinion. Just imagine reading some comments on blogs saying bobrisky will be somewhere laughing and dancing after d news of ur re arrest broke out. You all know don’t know me lol. I value friendship more than my life. I’m here to tell you all that mompha is fine. He will address you all soon. Have a great day.”

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
