Bobrisky, a controversial crossdresser, has expressed sorrow about ever being famous.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, he expressed his emotions. Bobrisky has had numerous mishaps with Nigerian security forces since serving his sentence for misusing naira.
He wrote that he regretted being famous:
“Every spirit of monitoring spirit in my life, dissapear. Imagine posting and people are trying to know your location. I lost my privacy ever since I became famous.
I wish I was never famous.You just have to keep everything about you away from social Nigeria is too toxic”.
Celebrities pay a price for being on the public stage. I think fame is either a blessing or a burden. It all depends on how you manage it as an individual.
