In A Time Like This

The Bible recounts stories of individuals who demonstrated strong faith and were strategically positioned to make a significant impact during their lifetime. The prophet Daniel provided advice to numerous leaders. Joseph, through his own efforts, successfully prevented an entire region from experiencing starvation. By sheer coincidence, Esther found herself in the right place at the right time to save an entire community of people. Paul, who is also known as the Apostle, dedicated his efforts to spreading the Gospel to people from all nations. You are also in the right place at the right time, just like these individuals.

The real question is whether you’re prepared for a time like this. Readiness is the condition of being fully prepared and eager to take action, without waiting for additional information. It is crucial for us to be both prepared and willing to seize the opportunities that God presents to us. If God has called you to do something special in this time, be willing to embrace it.

Whether it is a request to dedicate your time to pray for someone, regardless of whether they are a friend or close relative, or to bless someone with your presence, or to use your gift or talent to contribute to a project that serves a greater purpose, or to provide support to a family, or to offer assistance to a community. Perform the task with the same level of dedication and excellence as if you were doing it for the Lord. God never calls a person to take action without first providing them with His grace in advance.

Do not allow hesitation, fear or feelings of inadequacy to prevent you from embracing your role in this extraordinary time. It is crucial to push yourself and take action, even when you are feeling tired and bored. God is putting you on the path to something very important. Your willingness to obey could make a significant difference.

Keep in mind that on the flip side of this call, there is a wonderful reward.
