iPhone 15 Launches In 8 days: Expected Price, Design, Upgrades, Specs, & More

It has been confirmed by Apple that the iPhone 15 will be released on September 12. This puts the release date at just over Eight days away. The leaks and rumors that have surfaced prior to the debut have provided a decent indication of what to anticipate from the iPhones of 2023. Let’s examine the rumored features, appearance, and cost of the future iPhone 15 versions.

According to rumours, the pricing of the iPhone 15 will start at $799 in the USA, the same as the outgoing generation. In light of this, and taking into account the prices of the iPhone 14 series from a year ago, one might anticipate that the iPhone 15 will start at the customary $967. Since the iPhone 13, Apple has kept the pricing of the base model the same, but a little price bump could occur. However, there is no official confirmation, thus users should proceed with caution while using these specifics.

Similarly, leaks indicate that the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models won’t be offered at the previous rates. The pricing of the iPhone 15 Pro is expected to be $1,099, up from the $999 price of the device from last year.

As a result, Apple can opt to price the Pro model in India at Rs 1,39,900 because the country values each dollar at Rs 100.

According to the rumors, the iPhone 15 Pro Max could retail for $1,299, an increase from the $1,099. Apple may introduce the new Pro Max model in India for Rs 1,59,000. However, as I said earlier, these rates are not yet official, so customers should wait a few more days to learn the precise prices.

iPhone 15: Predicted Style

All iPhone 15 models reportedly include Apple’s ground-breaking Dynamic Island notch, and the firm is widely expected to switch from the Lightning port to a USB Type-C port.

In contrast to their iPhone 14 Pro siblings, the iPhone 15 Pro models are said to have extremely thin bezels. Surprisingly, it is projected that the screens would retain their flat shape while sporting more elegant, curving edges. For the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, Apple is apparently also contemplating significant upgrades, including switching from stainless steel to titanium side frames.

Apple’s iPhone 15, Plus Pro, and Pro Max: Leaked specifications

It is predicted that the iPhone 15 series would maintain the same aesthetic as its predecessors, the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. The previous displays should still be present on all devices. With that stated, the regular and Pro models might come with 6.1-inch screens. One could see the 6.7-inch OLED display on the Plus and Pro Max models.

You can anticipate the new A17 chipset, which is reported to be the first A-series Apple chip on a 3-nanometer technology, to be used in the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. The A16 chip from last year is anticipated to power the remaining two variants.

Like the iPhone 14 Pro variants, the ordinary iPhone 15 models are rumored to include 48-megapixel rear cameras. A periscope lens for optical zoom up to 5–6x may be included in the Pro Max model but not in the iPhone 15 Pro. The 3x optical zoom included in the iPhone 14 Pro Max may continue to be present in the iPhone 15 Pro. The devices may also include an updated Sony rear-camera LiDAR Scanner for improved depth perception.

Apple is also reportedly exploring a modification to the mute switch. This new feature, found in the latest iOS beta version, will enable users to control various functions, including silent mode, flashlight, Focus mode, and access to the Translate app and magnifier within the iPhone’s camera app.

According to leaks, the forthcoming iPhone 15 series will have larger batteries. The battery size in the base model could be 3,877mAh, up from 3,279mAh in the iPhone 14. The 3,650mAh battery in the anticipated iPhone 15 Pro is greater than the 3,200mAh battery in the current model. A 4,852mAh battery, which is larger than the 4,323mAh found in the iPhone 14 Pro Max, may be found in the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Last but not least, up to 35W of rapid charging technology may be supported on either Pro or regular models. Although Apple has not yet officially verified it, this upgrade would greatly relieve people.
