Is Davido’s Reaction To Dammy Krane’s Claims Over Unpaid Debt Cool Or Trash?

Popular Nigerian musician; Davido has reacted after his colleague, Dammy Krane, called him out over unpaid debt.

Earlier on, Dammy Krane whose real name is Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel criticized Davido for owning him since 2017 after co-writing a hit song titled, ‘Pere’.

According to Dammy Krane who came with receipts, he was owed royalties based on a split sheet on a song he wrote with Adeleke David but professionally known as Davido.

Although, the particular song titled ‘Pere’ was sung by Davido featuring American Rappers, Rae Sremmurd and Young Thug, Dammy Krane called Davido out for not paying him for the service he rendered in the song.

He shared an old tweet made by Davido where he appreciated him for co-writing the hook of the song with him as evidence of the job he did.

However, Dammy Krane woke up on a Monday morning, September 19th 2022 and tagged the DMW boss, requesting for the unpaid debt.

In response to Dammy Krane few minutes later, Davido on his Twitter handle posted a photo of himself biting wads of hard currency and he accompanied the photo with a laughing emoji.

This has generated lots of reactions online with many of his followers criticizing his responds to Dammy Krane’s claims.

One twitter user wrote: “Davido, am your fan but I have to say that I frowned at these picture by mere looking at it, some things should not be posted on social media, what benefits is this to your followers?,what impact are you making with these oppressing pics?,it’s wrong,
Rather post studio times”.

Another user wrote: “ If he wrote part of the song, he desires his royalty tho. Music standard.”
