Davido’s logistics manager, Isreal DMW, has resorted to Instagram to teach Nigerians about the significance of personal cleanliness.
In a series of posts, he recommended individuals to brush their teeth properly to prevent bad breath, shave their pubic area, and keep their armpits clean.
He said: “Wash your mouth properly first tin after waking up from bed to avoid mouth odour. Very embarrassing,”
“Always make sure your armpits are clean.”
Keeping yourself clean and healthy is important for many reasons, including your physical and mental well-being, and your social interactions. Here’s some advice on personal hygiene:
Daily Habits:
Shower or Bathe Regularly: This is the cornerstone of good hygiene. Aim for at least once a day, and more often if you exercise or live in a hot climate. Use soap and water to cleanse your body, paying attention to areas that tend to get sweaty or smelly.
Wash Your Hands Frequently: This is crucial for preventing the spread of germs. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before eating, after using the restroom, after touching animals, and after coughing or sneezing.
Brush Your Teeth Twice a Day: Brush your teeth in the morning and before bed for two minutes each time using fluoride toothpaste. This helps prevent cavities and gum disease and keeps your breath fresh.
