The De Jong transfer saga is said to have come to a close after the player zeroed out a chance of him playing for the Reds.

De Jong, according to sources, believes Manchester United has “bad luck” and without the Champions League, joining the club will be a “loss of prestige” compared to Barcelona.

However, Manchester United and Barcelona are said to still be in talk for the midfielder and have agreed a €65 million guaranteed fee while still negotiating €20 million in add-ons

de Ligt’s agents are said to be in talks with Bayern as he prefers the German club to the London option.

Ronaldo had been linked with a move to Bayern Munich but the German club’s director stated that the club is not interested in him.

The Portuguese striker has also missed Manchester United’s pre-season tour and was never present on the training ground in the days leading to the team’s departure for the pre-season matches.

Argentine midfielder, Angel Di Maria And French man, Paul Pogba will be closing a deal soon with Juventus on a free transfer.

Christian Eriksen to Manchester United is basically a deal done after the Danish midfielder agreed to a 3 years deal with United.

It is said that Erik ten Hag, Manchester United’s new boss was a major factor in Eriksen’s decision as the Dutchman had convinced him to make the move.

Eriksen is undergoing his medicals and will finalize the deal immediately after and will join the rest of the squad on the pre-season tour.

Kalvin Phillips To Manchester City: Done Deal.
