Justin Bieber Opens Up On Struggles With Healing And Anger Issues

Canadian singer Justin Bieber has talked candidly about his emotional difficulties.

He has expressed his dissatisfaction with the incessant requests to “heal” and acknowledged that he feels broken and overpowered by rage.

Bieber revealed in an Instagram post that he feels exhausted rather than fulfilled as a result of attempting to live up to others’ expectations of his personal development.

“The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become, and it’s exhausting”.

“I’m tired of thinking about myself,” he added, underscoring a desire to shift his focus from self-help to selflessness.

“People keep telling me to heal, don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them, and it just keeps making me more tired and more angry. The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am. Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others, because honestly, I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?” he wrote.

You are stronger than you realize Bieber. Every step you take towards healing is a testament to your resilience. It’s okay to feel angry or overwhelmed—those feelings are part of your journey.

Remember, healing isn’t linear, and it’s okay to take your time. Be gentle with yourself, celebrate your progress, and know that brighter days are ahead.

Trust me when I say that you have the power to transform your pain into growth, and I believe in your capacity to find peace and strength. Keep moving forward—you’re not alone.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy
