Kanye West Fires Off Cease And Desist To Kim Kardashian Regarding Their Kids

Kanye West has issued a cease and desist letter to Kim Kardashian concerning their children.

The musician alleges that Kim Kardashian is taking advantage of their kids. He further asserts that she left their eldest daughter, North, unattended in a vehicle while attending the Met Gala in New York this week, and he is now threatening legal action against Kim over these issues.

Kanye’s attorney, Kathy Johnson, sent a cease and desist letter to Kim’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, “concerning the welfare and custody of Mr. West’s minor children: North West, Saint West, Chicago West, and Psalm West.”
Kanye West issues cease and desist to Kim Kardashian regarding their children.

In the letter, Kanye alleges Kim breached his rights and their divorce agreement in three ways: First, he claims Kim took North to the Met Gala in NYC earlier this week and left their 11-year-old daughter alone in a car during parts of the event.

Ye also contends that Kim disregarded his requests not to share “images and videos” of North on TikTok.

Second, Kanye asserts that Kim has prevented him from having “meaningful access” to his children, violating their custody agreement for shared parenting and decision-making.

Ye states he has not seen Saint at all this year and has faced “unreasonably restricted” contact with North, Chicago, and Psalm.

His claim regarding Saint, which he previously posted on X, has been disproven, as photos show him with his three youngest children in Japan in January.

For his third and final point, Kanye alleges Kim is exploiting North for “personal or commercial gain” by sharing online content of their daughter at public events. He argues this “disregards his joint custodial rights and his stated opposition to his children’s public exposure.”

Sources close to Kim informed TMZ that Kanye has seldom requested to see the children this year, and Kim has never refused him access when he expresses a desire to see them.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
