Kanye West Threatens To Pull Out Of Coachella Except Billie Eilish Apologize For Something She Didn’t Say

Kanye West is raging with anger and has said he won’t perform at this year’s Coachella unless Billie Eilish apologizes to his friend Travis Scott for something she didn’t say.

Kanye West reacted to a Travis Scott appearance at his set — and floated a threat that he might pull out of the festival altogether.

The 44-year-old rapper, who has spent the last few weeks in a tabloid whirlwind of new romance, a testy divorce, and recording sessions with accused rapist Marilyn Manson, said Thursday that he wouldn’t perform at April’s Coachella festival without an apology from fellow headliner Billie Eilish.

The post from West came just several days after Eilish paused a show and offered an inhaler to one of her fans who seemed distressed. “I wait for people to be OK until I keep going,” she said on stage without ever mentioning Scott or his Astroworld festival.

Days later, West decided this was a jab at his friend Scott.

“COME ON BILLIE WE LOVE YOU PLEASE APOLOGIZE TO TRAV AND TO THE FAMILIES OF THE PEOPLE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES NO ONE INTENDED THIS TO HAPPEN TRAV DIDN’T HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING WHEN HE WAS ON STAGE AND WAS VERY HURT BY WHAT HAPPENED AND YES TRAV WILL BE WITH ME AT COACHELLA BUT NOW I NEED BILLIE TO APOLOGIZE BEFORE I PERFORM,” West posted on Instagram.

If Ye brings Scott onstage, it would be Scott’s first concert appearance after November’s disaster at the Houston festival.

In November, hundreds were injured and 10 people — including a 9-year-old boy named Ezra Blount — died at Scott’s Astroworld Festival in Houston after concert-goers surged toward the stage.

As of late January, nearly 400 lawsuits filed against Scott and Live Nation over the music festival tragedy are being handled as one case representing nearly 2,800 victims.

In the suit, the plaintiffs are seeking billions of dollars in damages and allege negligence in the planning and managing of the music festival.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
