Kevin De Bruyne ‘Agree Personal Terms To Join Saudi Arabia Club

Kevin De Bruyne has allegedly accepted personal terms with Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittihad as he considers a stunning departure from Manchester City.

The Belgian midfielder’s current term with the club will expire at the end of the 2024-25 season.

According to writer Rudy Galetti, Al-Ittihad has done just that, with the club reportedly reaching an agreement with De Bruyne on a transfer.

According to the source, negotiations between Al-Ittihad and City are ongoing over a transfer fee for the 33-year-old, who joined Manchester from Wolfsburg for £55 million in 2015.

Earlier this summer, when HLN, a Belgian magazine, contacted De Bruyne about moving to Saudi Arabia, he replied: ‘At my age you have to be open to everything.

‘You’re talking about incredible amounts of money in what may be the end of my career. Sometimes you have to think about that.

‘If I play there for two years, I will be able to earn an incredible amount of money.

‘Before that, I had to play football for 15 years. I may not even reach that amount yet.’

The Belgian has made 382 appearances for City and has 15 championships to his name in addition to 102 goals and 170 assists.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
