Lady Brutally Stabbed To Death By Her Close Friend

Kristy James, a 27-year-old woman, was brutally murdered by her friend at Mossel Bay, Cape Town, South Africa, while she was at work.

The suspect is accused of 30 times stabbing various parts of Kristy’s body with a knife.

On Tuesday, October 18, a police spokesman, Warrant Officer Pieter Koekemoer, confirmed the incident.

He said the victim, a worker at NDK Valuers, was attacked by the 32-year-old suspect on Monday at around 3.30 p.m.

According to him, the lady was stabbed numerous times around her body, and the knife’s blade broke during the assault.

According to Koekemoer, the victim was still alive and able to speak with detectives when police arrived on the scene.

She passed away, however, while being rushed to the hospital.

During the assault, the suspect cut her hand, and she is currently being closely monitored by police at the Mossel Bay Hospital.

On October 20, she will appear in court for the first time on a murder charge in the Mossel Bay Magistrate’s Court.

What motivated the suspect, whose name has not yet been made public, to kill her friend is yet unknown.

The James family is aware of the knife-wielding suspect, who they claim was close to Kristy and the family.

Kristy was a young single mother who is now survived by her devastated widowed mother.

Her mother wrote an emotional letter to the offender on Facebook with the following message: “I forgive you for what you have done, Kirsty loved you so much and held you in the highest regard, my heart goes out to your family and children.”

Tarry-Ann Kennedy, a relative of the victim, also wrote about the killer on Facebook on Tuesday.

She said, “How do you as a woman take another woman’s life, how do you as a mother take another mother’s life. Don’t you think of both of y’all’s kids going to lead down there? As a mother, how do you think of all the consequences that will follow after you commit the kind act? My heart bleeds for you too because your children are leading just as hard down there. The Lord forgave the murderer, so we as humans must also forgive you, but how are you going to live with the murder you committed every day? That is a punishment that you give yourself first and forever.”
