Life is a gift from God – Monday Motivation

Life is a gift from God. The man who has life has hope; and placing a good value on this gift is to honour the giver of life.

Trials and tribulations sometimes come to test how much value we place on life itself. Christ is emphatic that the true value of our lives has nothing to do with the abundance of our possessions. Our value for life must count ahead of our value for material things.

No matter how tough a time we are in or the momentary losses we may have suffered, like Job, we must resist the temptation to ‘curse God and die.’ This indeed is pure wisdom; knowing that He who gives life will also give us all things freely to enjoy. This is a new week and God wants you to maintain a great attitude even in the face of the pressure that is common to man. Have a great week ahead.
