Actor and skitmaker Mr. Macaroni has recollected the events of the October 20, 2020, #EndSARS protest at the Lekki-Ikoyi tollgate.
Remember how Nigerians protested police brutality and demanded that the government stop the actions of bad police officers at the tollgate and in many other locations across the nation?
In an attempt to disperse the demonstrators, security personnel assaulted the tollgate on October 20 and opened fire.
He bemoaned that Nigerians are now infatuated with their oppressor in a post on X.
Mr Macaroni wrote;
‘’Nigerian Youths lost their lives, jobs, families and dreams at the hands of the most corrupt and evil People we call Leaders!!!
Even though my people are now in love with their Oppressors, this day 20/10/2020 is never to be forgotten nor forgiven! ‘’
