Man Reportedly Dies In Bank While Waiting To Withdraw New Naira Notes

A man waiting to withdraw new naira notes at a bank in Agbor, Delta, reportedly met an unfortunate end.

The news was shared on his Facebook by a user named Omole Mike, who revealed that the incident happened right in front of him.

The sad incident turned out to have happened on February 2nd, when customers were waiting in line to withdraw their money.

Omole Mike shared a photo of a customer lying on the bank’s floor.

Omole wrote.

“JUST NOW, RIGHT IN MY PRESENCE. AT ABOUT 1:30PM. SOMEBODY COLLAPSED AND DIED IN FIRST BANK OF NIGERIA AGBOR BRANCH. THE DATE IS ON 02-02-2023. MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE. IT IS WELL.”

Mr President and the CBN Governor;

Any policy, no matter how good it is, if the masses can not go about their daily means smoothly, I strongly believe that it needs to be reviewed as soon as possible.

The stress our so called leaders are putting us through is too much. We can’t even redraw the money we saved in peace. We have to use money in buying our own money. This is so bad. We pray and hope they look into this with immediate effect.
