Mariah Carey Takes The Spotlight At 2022 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

At the 2022 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, Mariah Carey took center stage and performed a special holiday performance to cap off the yearly event.

In front of thousands of people gathering in the streets of New York City, the self-described “Queen of Christmas” sang a performance of her holiday favorite All I Want for Christmas.

Fans celebrating the US holiday also received messages from Kim Kardashian and Sir Paul McCartney, among other celebs. In New York, Carey appeared on stage with her 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan while sporting a jeweled tiara, a flowing red dress, and a red and gold umbrella.

Dionne Warwick, Gloria Estefan, Sean Paul, Jimmy Fallon, and the Roots were among a star-studded lineup of performers in the Macy’s parade, which was famed for its grandeur.

“Happy Thanksgiving!” Carey captioned an Instagram post.

“Grateful and so proud of my beautiful kids Roc and Roe, grateful for the family and for the precious moments in life. Now it’s reaaaallly time!!!”

The Jonas Brothers also performed in the NFL game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants on Thanksgiving Day’s halftime show.

Kardashian, a 42-year-old reality star, posted pictures of a special Friendsgiving dinner she had with young guys who were detained at the Camp Kilpatrick juvenile prison facility in Santa Monica, California.

She wished her fans a happy Thanksgiving and said she had spoken to the men about their “dreams and aspirations.”

Members of the renowned Kardashian family also posted several messages on Instagram wishing everyone a happy holiday.

In her online statement, High School Musical actress Vanessa Hudgens praised her friends and boyfriend, baseball player Cole Tucker, and declared that she had “so much to be thankful for.”
